Arvind Kejriwal The Activist turned- politician slammed realty giant
DLF on Sunday for its statement dismissing allegations that it had
given unsecured loans to Congress chief Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law
Robert Vadra in return expecting some favors.
Kejriwal stated that the statement given by DLF was full of half
truths and lies and that he would give all the details on Monday.
"DLF
has issued a response. Full of half truths and lies. A lot of info
suppressed. We'll issue detailed response tomorrow. But does Robert
Vadra stand by the response given by DLF or does he have another
version? Would appreciate his response," Kejriwal tweeted.
Roert Vadra's Response
Robert Vadra, the son in law of Congress
president Sonia Gandhi, said that these allegations that" he had
amassed properties worth over Rs300 crore through corrupt land
deals".were false
He said that they were "utterly false and defamatory, Vadra said his
business transactions were "fully reflected" in his financial statements
before government authorities in compliance with the law.
He said that this was an attempt made by Arvind Kejriwal and
Prashant Bhushan to malign him and his family. All this was done to
gain "cheap publicity" within a few days of launching their political
party, Vadra said. "I am a private law abiding citizen who has been
engaged in business for the past twenty one years."
While Kejriwal on his part stated that Vadra had not answered their questions regarding his links with DLF.
