Jagan May Stay In prison Upto March

If the Supreme Court direction on Friday is any indication then YSR Congress party president Mr.Y S Jaganmohan Reddy may have to remain in prison upto March 2013,

Justice Aftab Alam and Justice Ranjana Prakash Desai ,members of the supreme court bench, said that they could not grant bail to Jagan till the completion of the CBI investigation was complete,However, At the same time they also expressed their dissatisfaction over the slow progress in the probe by the CBI and asked the agency when they would be completing their investigation.

The CBI stated that so far it had filed four charge-sheets and that it is in the advanced stage of investigation. “We have not wasted even a single day in our investigation process. We need some more time as we are expecting replies from some foreign countries, from where money laundering had taken place,” the CBI stated.

The Supreme Court, however, gave the CBI a deadline, they have to complete their investigation by March. They asked the CBI to submit to submit a single charge sheet and to mention all the charges in that single charge sheet.

Going by all this, there is no possibility for Jagan to come out till the end of March , because this is the deadline set by the court.
